Many studies have shown that eating chocolate could have a positive impact on the health of our hearts. Yet another benefit brought to us by this food has been identified by a Spanish study.
Eating dark chocolate containing 85 percent cocoa solids could limit the increase in abdominal blood pressure, a phenomenon risked by people suffering from liver disease. Consequently, dark chocolate could in the future become a treatment for patients affected by this disease.
